Yunzhi Yan joins Chris to discuss the process for making handmade Chinese noodles and what makes them such a unique and integral part of his restaurant, Seasons Noodles at 50 Chestnut St in Rochester. Chris and Yan also discuss the diversity and differences in Chinese cuisine and his focus on traditional comfort foods.

They also talk about Yan’s youth in Beijing, his teenage years in Seattle, his training as pianist, and his path from Seattle to becoming a restaurateur in Rochester as well as the importance of family..
