Stonecrop Farm

In this episode, Greg Hartt from Stonecrop Farm came over to the studio to chat about farming!

Greg Hartt owns and operates Stonecrop Farm with his wife, Jenney. He is a PhD chemist who gave up a career in the lab in lieu of a career in the fields and now spends his days raising happy and healthy pigs on pasture. Their organic pork farm is located in Henrietta, NY.

This episode is a follow up from an episode of Connections with Evan Dawson where we discuss the ethical treatment of animals and Greg’s very different path to organic livestock farming.
