Nebbia - Part 2

This is Part 2 of my discussion with JJ Cutaia from Good Luck (and many more places!) and Chef Brian Arliss. Make sure to go listen to Part 1 if you missed it to learn about their new concept called Nebbia. The idea is a space focused around intentionally designed dishes by Brian to go along with pairings from JJ with tons of testing to give their guests an amazing experience.
