F.A.T. Podcast Episode 98 – Mark Cupolo Part 2

Apparently I accidentally didn’t post this second part of my podcast with Mark Cupolo last week so here it is now!

————————–

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, Mark Cupolo from Rocco (or Osteria Rocco) on Monroe Ave came over to the studio to talk about his journey in the restaurant business. In Part Two,  we stared talking about pizza, traveling and eating at restaurants, the tipped wage credit and more.

If you missed Part One, go download it now!

This is the eleventh episode of my goal to release a new episode every week of 2018. Not quite up to the episode every week level right now but I’m going to catch up again and make this happen!

Please let people know about the podcast and I’ll keep churning out new episodes!

This episode is brought to you by Phrankly. Phrankly is working to make sourcing and distribution for restaurants, farms and specialty goods more transparent and change the way people find their food.

If you enjoyed this episode please share this on social media or leave a review for the podcast on iTunes or Google Play. You can now also check it out on Stitcher if that suits you better!

Thanks!
