F.A.T. Podcast Episode 71 – Chris Clemens

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, regular podcast guest Chris Clemens from Exploring Upstate came over to the studio to talk about how we completely and utterly disagree about how to enjoy food. OK, maybe we aren’t that far apart but we still have had so many offline conversations about it so we decided to make it official and record it on the podcast.

This episode is brought to you by Phrank.ly. Phrankly is working to make sourcing and distribution for restaurants, farms and speciality goods more transparent and change the way people find their food.

Chris started out by flipping the tables on me and interviewing me about how things are going around my life in the food world which was a nice change of pace. We went through coffee, nostalgia and plenty of other diversions along the way. It is always great to have Chris over and we had way too much fun as usual.
