F.A.T. Podcast Episode 49 – Ugly Duck Coffee
On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, Rory van Grol from Ugly Duck Coffee came to the studio to talk about the opening of his brick and mortar location and the road to getting there.
Rory is someone I’ve really enjoyed getting to know over the last year he spent operating his pop-up espresso shop around Rochester. We’ve had plenty of fascinating conversations and I was thrilled to get to spend some dedicated time getting to know him better. He is a thoughtful man and being able to learn about why he does some of things he does kept me engaged throughout.
Please check out the new shop on Charlotte Street just behind Hart’s Grocers and 2Vine. It is a truly unique shop and they serve a continually rotating group of coffees that makes each visit new.
