F.A.T. Episode 27 – Sean O’Donnell

On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down in the studio with Sean O’Donnell, the chef de cuisine at Aunt Rosie’s, following his pop up dim sum event. I’ll be discussing the event in more detail in a post coming soon, but I wanted to spend some quality time with Sean talking about the Flour City Food Core event, his path as a chef and some about our mutual interest in Buffalo and Toronto food.

Sean is also working on a video project as part of Flour City Food Core in partnership with Studio 73 Productions and you should check out Episode 1 about cooking with a Tagine and Episode 2 about salt cured egg yolks on Vimeo. Keep an eye out for Sean on Instagram using his @seantothefuture account and his #flourcityfoodcore hashtag.

If you enjoyed this episode please share this on social media, comment on this post or leave a review for the podcast on iTunes to help out the podcast get some more ears on it.

Thanks!
